Do you require transport for your Mt Anne adventure?
Overland Track Transport is now excited to be able to offer this service from Launceston. Simply submit an enquiry below with your groups size, departure date and time from Launceston and if you also require transport back from the starting point back to Launceston or from the end of the Mt Anne circuit. We will then be able to check availability for you and confirm your booking.
Each booking requires a minimum of 4 tickets ($400 total) but once you have booked this service, the remaining seats will be available for others to book, If we have other people book onto this same service, a refund will be issued to you after the date of travel. (refund differs depending on group size)
– An early start on the Track. Our Launceston to Mt Anne 6:30am service begins with early morning pick-ups starting from 6:15am from Launceston CBD, Overland Track Transport arrives at Mt Anne start at approx. 9:30am, having you start your adventure early. With a breakfast stop along the way you will be all fuelled up and ready for your first day.
– Launceston CBD accommodation pick-ups. Our pick-ups begin from 6:15am, we limit our pick-up locations to the CBD of Launceston only. If you are staying outside of the CBD please contact with us to discuss your closest pick-up location.
– Minimum of 4 passengers. With Airbnb accommodation we will of course do our best to pick you up at your accommodation but if there is not a safe pick-up zone for our bus and trailer, we will need to pick you up at the closest safe location. If you are unsure if your accommodation is within the CBD pick-up zone, please feel free to email us to confirm.
– Free Luggage Storage. Our service includes FREE luggage storage (1 item per person) for bookings with return transport from Walls of Jerusalem to Launceston.
With fully accredited and licensed drivers, our goal is to have you on the track early, fully prepared, feeling confident and ready for your adventure.
Our buses are fully stocked with both items for sale and hire including, fuel, hand sanitizer, WonderWool blister prevention, ear plugs and many other items. All items are also available for pre-booking from our shop here and we will have these available for your collection when we pick you up from your accommodation. *remember you are not able to fly with fuel canisters or liquid so pre-booking these with us is the easiest option.
Do you have a group booking of 6 or more? Simply select the number of passengers in your booking and your group discount will be applied for parties of 6 or more. Discounts apply for groups of 6 or more with one booking, one payment being made for the group and one pick-up location in Launceston.
This service operates all year round.
